When you feel yourself slipping and the dark clouds of doubt come about

Stop. Pause. Take a breath. Remove yourself from your usual surroundings. Gain clarity by looking beyond the near focus. Pump blood round your body. Breathe some more. And be thankful.

Phew.

It’s been a tough few months this end.

Habits and systems I use to keep me afloat in my direction have gone by the wayside - I haven’t run for weeks, stopped my evening walks, don’t gratitude or journal anymore and time has bent with the holidays to flexible wobbly nothingness.

So I’ve started to journal again and write gratitude (I have formulas for these that work having tried so many that failed - happy to share!) to be thankful, and come back the heart space where I am kind to myself and create space for the things that fill me up. All this amongst chaos of life, work, 3 businesses and children both young and not so young.

Neuroscience explains the pathways in our brains take time to develop, through repetition and practice. I am pleased to be starting to create these new pathways again - ones that I want to create, and not be subject to others footsteps.

I am coming back to my self, finally.

I know what to do.

This is my time to #recalibrate, #reset, #rewire.

I will be supporting others in the same from September so if this interests you too then get in touch.
