Safe Space
Since we opened the studio 5 yrs ago 3 things have remained constant
> We continue to bring high quality arts, wellbeing and personal development to rural communities who would not have the opportunity otherwise
> We remain flexible and organic in the way we programme, responding to the needs of our audiences
> We work with a diverse range of people and projects to ignite inspiration and possibility
The studio has always been what we call a ‘safe space for creative exploration’.
This is the core of its values. Whatever activity is happening in the space - the ethos is the same, weaving through the space with care and nurture.
I have noticed that whether you are here for yoga, crafting, belly dance, mens Pilates, willow workshops, coaching 121 or business meetings - as soon as people walk through the door a kind of magic happens - this is the space to be you - to find you - to rediscover your core - to give yourself care and nurture, inspiration and drive - to motivate you towards the best version of you that you desire to be.
So…
What do you desire?
and
Who do you desire to be?
Because one things for sure - the person you will be tomorrow is different from the person you were today. And we both know that.
So how are you going to show up - and who are you going to do it with?
Who do you have to hold your space? To support you and nurture you, unconditionally and without judgement - to listen, to be at ease with.
To have dedicated conversation, to allow outwardness, to let go. To have the space to do so. To question, to inspire, to fill up. To create. To draw. To move. To walk. To talk. To breathe with.
