With this tool clients can start by tracking the behaviours and habits and thinking that creates an upward motion of success and confidence - to attain their peak performance level - for what I call their ‘zone of personal brilliance’. Likewise clients can identify and watch out for those behaviours that become red flags to performance decrease - for example, when one client started comfort eating at 5pm it was a red flag that tiredness or stress levels had risen above acceptable.
The tool has been used with great success and is a backbone to how some of these clients now make decisions, stick to boundaries and keep on track of their levels of stability - or sanity as we humorously termed it.
Used in tandem with the Wheel of Life / Wheel of Everything, this tool can prove a super effective way to find clarity on a situation or a pathway forward, and give reassurance that you are acting according to your authentic self.
