Endings, journeys and new beginnings…

This week saw the last session for a wonderful client I’ve been working with and I have to say I'm a blend of a bit sad and also grateful.

This client is a fabulous, purpose-driven businesswoman who has developed her business over 5 years and was seeking support to take it to the next level. 

We've made some real progress in her business plans, bringing clarity and taking them forward so that it supports her and her family and fulfils the purpose she set out to do. 

We have:

>> Streamlined systems to make things work much better. 

>> Aligned the day to day tasks with the bigger goals so that she has a why to every action. 

>> Brought about clarity across the whole business so that she can work forward with an intention and enjoyment. 

>> Identified and ditched some projects that have been absorbing her time and capacity, and not feeding back in.

>> Discovered and unpicked a whole load of unhelpful mindsets and 

>> Mad sizeable shifts in her thinking about how she goes about the different parts of the business. 

We've made great progress and co-designed some coaching tools!

I wish her all the best on her way forward and at this stage there is the option to continue support with monthly check in coaching - popular with clients who've been on a more intensive pathway but want to maintain the progress with accountability, checking milestones and progress, some coaching and a business buddy.

So for now it’s the end of this part of the journey. 

It's been great to support her and I will miss my Thursday mornings working with yet another wonderful client doing incredible sustainable things in her purpose driven business - and also a lovely person to boot.
