Through coaching senior leaders I’ve found that our performance and effectiveness at work stem from solid wellbeing foundations as well as creative innovation and professional drive.
The ‘Circle of Stability’ is a powerful coaching tool that has proven to be effective in supporting wellbeing toward better performance and engagement. Sessions are either 60 or 90 mins.

The Circle of Stability: a foundational wellbeing session
to support you and your team
In this session we’ll explore how to recognise stress and identify signs of burnout to maintain and boost your capacity as a leader. Kate will share a strategic tool that will support your performance and professional leadership and give you insights into your working patterns and the adjustments you can make to be more efficient and prevent overwhelm.
The session will provide a safe creative-thinking space for business leaders to get back on track with their energies and develop healthy habits, reflect and reset on capacity and performance, and move from plate spinning, chaos to clarity, energy and joy in your professional role.
This tool forms part of my ‘Zone of Brilliance™’ framework and can be accessed in The Personal Leadership RESET course – a 3 part course to elevate your performance and increase your leadership impact. The course can be completed as a cohort or self paced online.
