Take part in new research

I am looking for 4 participants to take part in 4 outdoors coaching sessions as part of the first Outdoor Coaching study ever completed run by Professor Jonathan Passmore. 

Jonathan is a psychologist who specialises in coaching research. You can find some of his work on Amazon and on his website: jonathanpassmore.com

The research examine what impact outdoor coaching has on coachees.

There is firm evidence for the benefits of coaching outdoors, it is fast becoming a recognised form of both coaching and therapy. This short coaching programme will feed into research about how the coachee benefits.

I would like to hear from you if you are interesting in coaching and would like to receive coaching whilst walking, based at The Studio Morland CA10 3AZ, or over teh phone if distance is an obstacle. 

Participants will receive 4 coaching sessions run over June and July, plus a shorter pre-session over zoom to establish goals and contracting for the sessions. The investment is £600 for this coaching pathway. This includes:

  • One virtual coaching session to establish coaching goals and contracting.

  • 4 sessions of outdoor coaching

  • A follow up virtual check in.

  • All tools, handouts and printed guides to support your journey.

  • Support via email throughout.

  • All admin, insurances and contracting.

There are just 4 places for this opportunity, and findings will remain anonymous.


How it works:

  • We will have a virtual 121 pre-coaching conversation to outline the coaching journey, goals & aspirations, expectations and contracting.

  • We will meet for 4 sessions of 1 - 1.5hrs each over 4 weeks, walking across fields, by a stream and beautiful meadowland that surrounds the studio, followed by tea/coffee if time allows.

  • Participants will complete a short survey before and after the sessions.
