This retreat is designed with the busy professional in mind. This combination is unique and we are proud of our programme and the experts we bring to the table.
We have wonderful resources to hand here in the Eden Valley, an incredible private manor house in the most stunning gardens; a delightful creative space in The Studio Morland arts & wellness venue; a picturebox village setting and the Lake District National Park on our doorstep.
Combine this with a wonderful host who’s profession crosses business and personal development, coaching and mentoring and 30yrs project managing in the creative sector, and you have a delightful experience that I am sure you will return for.
Please get in touch for any queries. The retreat has a very limited number of places and for this reason alone will book up quickly. I am delighted to welcome you to our amazing rural space.

About the Retreat
Coaching for your own professional journey:
You will take part in 3 leadership development coaching sessions, one on each morning of your stay. These sessions are designed to allow a pause in your leadership journey. Over the 3 sessions we will re-set with reflective practice, recalibrate to our true path, and re-kindle our future vision to create a unique road map and manifesto for professional and personal life. We will highlight current achievements and challenges, generate an ideal future vision, and tackle socio, environmental and personal constraints that surround us. We’ll spend time looking at core values, habit building, working processes such as energy batching and other proven coaching tools, as well as plenty of open discussion and unwinding in the beautiful surroundings of the gardens.
Re-align your leadership
It’s our intention that you leave feeling …
Rejuvenated, energised and positive
with clarity and sense of purpose and vision.
Balanced in body, mind and soul
with tools to build resilience, calm and wellness.
Self confidence renewed with new friendships, acquaintances, collaborations,
and a refreshed sense of whole self,
Your host

The Retreat is situated in the Eden Valley on the outskirts of the beautiful Lake District National Park in the village of Morland.
