Kate coaches at the crossroads of professional and personal development, enabling busy, purpose driven leaders to make their positive impact in the world through personal leadership, wellbeing, mindset and professional drive.

Her coaching enables a safe creative-thinking space for leaders, CEOs and business owners to get back on track with their vision and develop healthy habits, supporting clients to realign, refresh and reset their core purpose and leadership goals. From plate spinning, chaos and losing sight of 'why?' to clarity, energy and joy.

With 30yrs background in the creative Industries Kate coaches in a unique space that combines creative insight with purpose driven roots, offering an intelligent, compassionate, inspired experience.

Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, DISC, Somatics, Transactional Analysis, NLP, Emotional Logic and Creative tools are integrated into sessions to a bring a rich experience, augmenting the standard business models clients might be used to, to broaden perspectives and generate new pathways to self discovery and insightful leadership.

2004 Kate has worked in an advisory capacity in freelance and employed roles with a focus in the creative industries. She nurtured professional skills of artists and creatives through founding The Cumbria Network - a regional professional development network of 1000+ practitioners that won the acclaim of Downing St. She worked for Voluntary Action Cumbria and the Rural Women’s Network in 2007 gaining qualification as sFedi (NVQ level 4) business advisor, and continued her advisory role as Jobs & Opps Editor at a-n: The Artists Information Company, offering timely advice to artists and arts employers to a membership of 22,000.
