An introductory pathway and the most popular route for new clients
3 or 6 month coaching partnership, with:

3 month / 6 session pathway:

6 month / 12 session pathway:

Focus pathway:
Weekly coaching sessions for clients working through change or wishing to make accelerated progress

>> Additional support and availability on WhatsApp in work hours

'Focus' pathway:
With 1hrs coaching: £1,497pm
'Focus Intensive' pathway:
With 2.5hrs coaching: £2,997pm
Monthly check in coaching:
Often used by clients who have been through a pathway and for clients wishing to progress with support, accountability and goal setting

What does 121 coaching involve?
Select between different pathways or chat about which works best for you
An initial call will establish how we want the coaching journey to work
We will meet regularly for coaching and stay in touch in between sessions
You gain access to toolkits and handouts and learning materials
We map progress and create a roadmap to your own ‘personal brilliance’.

121 Coaching pathways
There are a range of prices on offer, form one off ‘Power Hours’ at £150 to ‘Focus Intensive’ packages at £1,997 per month.
Prices vary according to the frequency of sessions, length of sessions and depth of support.
